How We Will Work Together

Starting something new takes courage, especially when it involves asking for support. If you’ve found your way to this page, something is already in motion. Let me show you what happens next.

The process is simple, personal, and designed around you.

Step 1: Book a Chat

Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary 30-minute video conversation online. There’s no script and no sales pitch. Bring whatever is most present for you: a specific challenge, a transition you’re working through, a vague sense that something needs to shift. That’s enough to start.

We’ll get to know each other, talk through what’s on your mind, and figure out together whether working with me makes sense. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps. If it doesn’t, the conversation will still have been worth your time.

Step 2: Coaching Sessions

Once we’ve decided to work together, you’re in the driver’s seat. You book sessions online at times that work for you, and we meet online. Whether we’re working through a single focused session or a longer Courageous Journey coaching package, every session gets my full attention and care for what matters most to you.

Sessions are available online across Canada and internationally.

Here’s what a typical session looks like. We begin where you are, not where we left off or where I think you should be. We work on whatever is most alive for you, through honest questions and reflection. And we move toward clarity and concrete next steps, with the kind of accountability that actually helps rather than adds pressure.

Step 3: Your Personalized Follow-Up

The work continues after each session ends.

I send you a personalized written follow-up that includes commitment work designed for you. This might be a reflection exercise, a practice to try, a question to sit with, or a concrete action to take before we next meet. The follow-up matters because the days between sessions are when you take what we’ve explored and bring it into your actual life and work.

Real change requires real effort. The follow-up is my way of making sure you have what you need to do that work with intention.

Coaching Formats

Not sure which format is right for you? Here’s a quick overview.
