Our organizations, communities, and the world need courageous leaders.
Courageous leaders are those people who deeply embody and act with integrity, confidence, curiosity, authenticity, care, kindness, humility, decisiveness, and responsibility.
Courageous leaders have a commitment to a high-bar of ethical behaviour and personal and professional growth that shows up in how they relate to themselves and others.
Courageous leaders are the people we trust, and are trusted by. They have a vision of what is possible and the smarts for leading a path there. They work and play well with others and know how to step outside the group norm to understand and see things differently so that we can do things differently and better.
And we need to do things differently and better for our organizations, communities, and the world.
While this is indeed a newsletter, where I regularly share my thoughts to inspire and reassure you in your own life and work, it is also a place of connection.
Connection between me and you, you with a friend, colleague, or your team as you share something that you have read here, and you with you as you pick us a new idea or a new way of looking at something in your ongoing renewal of your best relationship with yourself.
You can read a bit more about the newsletter and myself on the About page and you can find out more about my work as a coach and facilitator at Life and Work with Babs Kelly. I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation, online, to answer your questions, map out some next steps, and begin our working friendship.
